Beverly is a senior executive acknowledged for delivering customer-focused transformation in seniors living and care since 2009, including roles as Chief Customer Officer at Bolton Clarke and Executive General Manager – Residential Communities at Australian Unity.
Beverly’s leadership inspires and champions a culture which delivers meaningful customer and employee outcomes. Her commercial focus optimises performance of the existing business from which to fund new growth platforms. Beverly’s experience as a commercial lawyer brings deep capability in corporate governance and risk-weighted decision-making.
Beverly’s advocacy has established her as a leading innovator and advocate for Australians ageing well. She chaired the Retirement Living Council Working Group to produce ‘Retirement Living – A Solution for Older Women at Risk of Homelessness’, and is a Non-Executive Director for the Maggie Beer Foundation who’s purpose is to improve the joy and connection of good food and dining for older Australians living in aged care.
